Course Format & Pricing
Our New York State Pistol Permit Class is offered in two parts to give students more flexibility with scheduling.
- Day 1: Classroom instruction, firearm safety, New York State laws, interacting with law enforcement, hands-on safety work, and written test (must be completed before taking Day 2)
- Day 2: Live fire qualification, hands-on firearm cleaning, and practical safety application
Both days must be completed within 3 months of your Day 1 class in order to receive your certificate of completion.
Pricing Options
- $325 for Day 1
- $325 for Day 2
- $650 total — or pay in full today for $600 and save $50
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining $225 for Day 1 is due one week before your scheduled class. Payment for Day 2 is collected separately when you are ready to schedule it.
